One week to go in this season - Week 9

One week to go in this season. And its all about 'The Steph'.Both 'the steph' pick of Leicester city to win and Steph Cook who 'The Steph' is named after have been flying in this season. We arrive in week 9 and Leicester City have just put away the defending Chumpions Chelski 2-1 to retake their place at the top of the premiership. Chelsea are all at sea and Leicester look the real deal.

But Steph Cook is the only player left with a one hundred percent record. She heads the overall league and could go the whole season unbeaten. I'm not sure if that been done before but she is on the edge of history. What do you do though do you go Celtic or Real Madrid and play safe for the invincible season or do you go for her namesake pick  and look to win overall league. (she is 15p ahead of malcolm). Decisions decisions. Whatever you decide Steph we are right behind you some of us quite a long way behind you but you get the gist.

In the leagues there weren't many winners. So a quick run down and a lay up for the last week.

winners were Ross Jones -Cardiff draw @2.50 and Nick Lines Dortmund at home @0.17p
James Holland was postponed.  Barring a heavy win its out of Malcolm and Martyn. A malcolm loss and a 2.00 win for Martyn and he can take it.

Winners were Chris Blackley with watford away @1.63 and Steph Cook who couldn't use her namesake pick cos it was the monday game instead she went for Man City @0.29. Steph and malcolm gibson look to have it sewn up.

A few more winners here. Steve Tester got best pick of the week with Bournemouth beating man Utd @2.60. Nigel Howlett picked Palace to win @1.40 GEEGEE won with The Arse away @0.53.
james delahunt was called off.

Its tight at the top PATRICIA looks to have the title but its close for second between three players.

Top three win. Andy Ewart was bnest and is top he went with Palace @1.40. Matthew Gibbons is third with Tractor boys beating MK Dons @1.10 and in 2nd  Tony southworth won with Arsenal @0.53
Its close all round with a possible 4 winners.

Joe McGinley won well with 1.88 for Partick away. He close the gap slightly on me who leads with £6.14 this week a cheeky Celtic pick @0.36. I am hoping Ive got it sussed and its close for second but you never know.

Only Trevor Gibbons winning here. He went for Hull City @0.50. Its between three players for promotion with Trevor leading by a decent margin.

There were no winners anywhere else.

Good luck all in last week. The Analysis cup will start again in the new year the draw will be notified on the first weekend of the year. Just a bit of fun with all players playing against others to take the hyperthetical crown.

Merry Christmas all.
