Season 16 - Week 10

Much like the English Premier League the overall league was decided last week as short price picks confirmed the top five places. The champion is Matt Britcliffe with an excellent total of 9.09. Runner up was Hannah Cook over 2.5 behind followed by Craig the sheepdip and Craig the ram the top league winner.

Alan Blackley had the pick of the week with the 2.25 Rotherham away win at Aldershot and this secured him promotion into the Dickov League. Four people spotted the excellent odds of the Valencia v Tenerife home win - Martyn Cornwell, Dave Entwistle helping him escape relegation, Dougal Kerr and Daniel Cook guaranteeing him promotion. Bill Imrie also had a 1.30 home win with Swindon beating Charlton and bagging him promotion to the Maradona League.

Simon Callan's 1.20 pick of Dag & Red to beat Morecambe emphatically came in to pip Matthew Gibbons to promotion to the top flight. That is two seasons in a row where Gibbo has been caught in the last week and he will be anxiously looking for dropouts in the league above.

So that's the end of the season and we will be back in August for the new Premier league season. Lets hope England do the business this summer and if you are interested in World Cup predicting you should try The Football Pools.
